The 7^Th international  Exchange, Bank and Insurance Exhibition which was held from May 7^th to May 10^th with participation of300 domestic and 12 International Companies was ended on May 10,2013.

Delegates from KSD of Korea, CDC& NCC of Pakistan and also KSEI&  KPEI  from Indonesia were invited , and participated in this event by CSDI invitation. The gusts  visited  CSDI  headquarters and attended in a panel discussion on the issue of CSD- level Capital Markets Inter- linkage  with participants audience, from academic society of Iran as well as capital market role players from Iran and some ACG member CSDs delegates after which MoU was signed between Mr.Hamed Soltani  Nejad,  the President and CEO of CSDI and Mr.A Wiyogo, the President Director of KSEI and Mr.H .Fawzi, the President Director of KPEI .

At the meanwhile The Asian Pacific CSD Group(ACG) had a stand in fairground which was highly welcomed by visitors.

1.    Listening to reports prepared by B.O.D, Independent Auditor and Legal Inspector on Company's functions for the financial year ended 20 March 2013.

2.      Making decision on approving Financial Statements of the financial year ended 20 March 2013, and division of dividends for 2012 operational year.

3.      Electing the Independent Auditor and Legal Inspector, and determining their salary for the financial year ended 20 March 2014.

4.      Electing the wide circulated newspaper.
